What is Virtual Reality?
(VR) is a computer-generated scenario that simulates a realistic experience. The immersive environment can be similar to the real world in order to create a lifelike experience grounded in reality or sci-fi.
How do private sessions work?
We recommend you register online before your visit to save time. When you arrive, we will go over the game options as well as how to use the VR headsets and controllers. An employee will be on site to explain and help with any questions during your session.
One station is connected to a single headset and only one person can be inside that headset at a time. We suggest sharing time with others and taking around 10-minute turns per person for the first experience in VR.
Are there games we can play at the same time?
Yes, we have a few games where two users can have what we call a "tandem VR" experience. The maximum right now is 2 people in one experience and only a few experiences that are designed for this kind of simultaneous experience.
Can I wear glasses in VR?
Some of headsets like the HTC Vive and Oculus Quest already allow for extra space for those that need to continue to wear glasses during gameplay. All of the headsets are also adjustable to help move where the eyes focus in the headset which might allow you to not need to wear the glasses altogether.
Why do you do Pilot Projects?
Because this is such a young medium and companies are "toe-dipping" we tend to prefer to drill down from a larger vision to launch a quick pilot project that gets the brands engaged in the medium, tracking metrics, and then return to the larger vision to make necessary adjustments before moving forward. This improves the efficiency of the investment and protects the brand from spending gobs
